Through our “Group-Guidance” Model we have helped several health centers prepare successful HRSA Grant Applications and concurrently structure strategic financing through traditional and non-traditional lending institutions. Our technical assistance includes Feasibility Studies, Existing Space Analysis, Financial Modeling, Grant Writing, Demographic Studies, Site Selection, Site Due Diligence, Soils Investigation, Environmental Assessments, and Historical Preservation Evaluations.
